Pros

Management takes your feedback seriously and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement recently as a direct result of what my coworkers and I have been saying.

Cons

I’m consistently surprised by how few new hires can handle the workload. I don’t personally think it’s an extraordinary amount, but a lot of newer employees seem to be struggling with it. Perhaps the training isn’t enough.

We agree... there has been some transition and turn over due to the pandemic fall out but our HR & Recruiting Departments are working diligently in getting the rest of the roles hired back as quickly as possible. I had an amazing experience at Smartek21. I learned more than I could ever have imagined, and I can’t express enough just how much my time here is the reason I’m so successful today.

Cons

Absolutely none. I’m grateful for the experience I had working for the company and everyone I met along the way. I highly recommend it to potential employees.

Pros

There almost isn’t anything about working here that isn’t a pro. Salary, check. Benefits, check. Amazing coworkers, check. Driven and communicative managers, check. The list really just goes on. The only thing you have to consider when deciding to work here is whether or not this is the industry for you. If it is, you can’t do better than Smartek21.

Cons

If there are any, I haven’t noticed them. From my experience this is one of the best companies to work where you’re treated well, respected, and rewarded for the hard work you put in.
