      Pros

      Excellent and caring top management Good clients and work is good. I am working in Microsoft platform. Salary is credited on time always I got Variable Allowance on time. I got good hike also heh heh:-) Very open culture Guidance from seniors is there.

      Cons

      Two years only. No cons so far. One or two middle level manager should be controlled or changed.

      Job security, flexibility, good clients. No delays in salaries, a good portfolio of clients, management usually is a little flexible regarding your needs.

      Cons

      No career road map, Limited growth. You will not see any growth or career contribution from the company.

      Pros

      Well paid, respectful and at easy environoment. Management is open about issues and concerns. Good benefits package and vacation package. Friendly and healthy environment. Great place to work for.

      Cons

      It is a fast growing company so things do change a lot but are well communicated. You many also find doing other things as anyone would with a small growing company. It is a very good environment so never a dull moment. I am proud to work for Smartek21.
