      Cool product and smart people

      The company is a joke and so is the chief of marketing that is over the sales team. She turned down some good candidates for the SDR roles for no reason and now we are stuck with ones that aren’t qualified. She has no idea what she’s doing.

      Pros

      SmarterDX is growing fast, the team is smart, committed and ambitious and the leadership team is data driven. Our core product offering is very strong. There are lots of new exciting product opportunities enabled by the datasets we have built. There are lots of really hard engineering problems being solved from data scale and processing, ai / ml challenges and nuances specific to health care. Strong culture of balancing work with life and making sure that people don't get burnt out.

      Cons

      While the company is very supportive of work life balance, the work is fun and if you can't hold your own limits then you can get sucked in.
