Pros

SmartVault has a great work environment. I feel valued and respected by my colleagues and the management. I know that when I speak, I am being heard. The hybrid office offers flexibility for work/life balance. I appreciate the great benefits that are offered to us. I couldn't imagine working somewhere else at this point in my career.

Cons

SmartVault does most things really well but there is always room for growth. I would love more focus on career development.
