Great possibilities, but little certainty...

Pros

Flexible hours, good life-work balance, great marketing, sales and customer service teams, small number of very dedicated, interesting, and fun to be with employees.

Cons

Upheaval and restructuring has been a constant as the company has transitioned from a private U.S. company, to a subsidiary of a publicly traded Australian company, to being spun-off and merged with a U.K. company within about 20 months. Company is very generous handing out new titles and responsibilities, but compensation is usually weak.

A lot of change in a short time

Pros

Great team, for the most part. A lot of people collaborating to really put the team on their backs and make it happen. A lot of great changes happened in the last year or two, but all for the better. A culture is finally in stone and after an adjustment period things are looking up.

Cons

A lot of changes happened at once and it felt like there was no compass for a bit. Some changes I’m not a fan of. A handful of people just are not pulling their weight. It’s frustrating to be wearing multiple hats while some people just sit there and complain.
