      Pros

      Forcing everyone to a new software was a great idea. When DMS was sunsetted, the money was pouring in!

      Cons

      Until they kept giving their customers a more time to make the switch. People started canceling, getting refunds and then they couldnt give what they promised the investors and then came layoffs. Who was first to go? whoever wasnt kissing the bosses rumps. If it was based on actual sales, the person who closed their largest deal in that companies history at that time would have still been there.

      A company that actually care about the customers. Still young and growing. Mistakes are made are but learned from. Always looking to be innovative
