Pros
-Great folks, strong team. Not just brilliant, but also a real pleasure to work with. -Lots of action and room to grow. If you are bored you must be in the wrong office. -Hiring is astute. You are well vetted, therefore trusted and not micromanaged. (Of course you do need to produce, but that's who you are anyway.)
Cons
-Growing pains. Processes not fully fleshed out, not enough time in the day. This is probably standard in a young fast moving company. Frustration happens, but the atmosphere is inspiring as well as demanding. -The autonomy mentioned above can put you on the hot seat when you need a solution and a resource is unavailable. Persistence will pay off, but you may squirm a bit. This particular con will likely be a thing of the past as you read this, but that persistence will always be required. -Can't think of much more here... maybe a word of advice: For those that identify as "the smartest one in the room"... you'll need to re-think that.
