Pros

Working in the Front Of House at Smashburger is a pretty easy job, especially if you have basic cash handling knowledge, communication skills, and work quickly.

Cons

Unless you're working a manager's position (Shift Lead or above), it's practically impossible to get decent hours, which are, of course, the most important part of working an hourly wages position. The management also tends to only relay information to the rest of the crew as needed, and the corporate offices make small (but sometimes annoying) changes to things like the menu descriptions without notice.

Pros

Great starting salary for cooks, a fun, friendly environment, the food.

Cons

The competition for hours, negative co-workers, and the all to high expectations of the management.

Pros

I really enjoyed that I had great co-workers, easy work, the schedules tend to be pretty flexible.

Cons

The management tends be very unstable, we also had 3 district managers within a course of a year. The pay is not great, the managers like to take advantage of their employees.
