Pros
There are some wonderful, thoughtful, awesome people working here. The design team as a whole is on point - issues below do not apply to them. Challenging, exciting projects with great clients.
Cons
It's one of those vaguely misogynistic tech places. Like you can't put your finger on it, but there's a reason that the leadership team is all white, mostly male. If they cared about diversity, they would have it. There's also bit more back slapping than makes me comfortable as a queer woman. It's clear that they came from a games culture and have not made the step to question certain assumptions. Also, that emotional labor thing, where women kind of massage the male leaders' egos as part of their work - in my experience, that was part of the job.
