- amazingly creative, innovative and passionate people - a well organized machine - strong VX, UX and strategy - great clients and projects - studio has a great view

Cons

- lacks diversity, especially at the leadership level - leadership is tone-def to political climate and culturally insensitive - provides an emotionally taxing environment - poor communication - significantly lower compensation than the market average with only a 3-4% pay increase annually. They're strict about substantial pay increases only happening with a promotion.
