Pros

Salaries are good. Good people to work with.

Cons

Moving jobs to Costa Rica. Layoffs and miserable, over worked employees. Do more with less then send the jobs out of the country. “Great Place to Work” company slogan is the butt of employee jokes. Moral is at an all time low and there are too many new projects, softwares, systems and initiatives all being implemented at the same time as jobs are being sent out of the country to Costa Rica and India. Chaos.

Always Under Pressure

Pros

Good product, employees create safe workplace.

Cons

Always pushed to do more and work in several areas of the organization without any incentive. They do whatever that's best for the company and benefits the company but employees don't get what they deserve. Very poor raises that don't even keep up with inflation. News hires offered better incentives than existing employees.

Pros

Higher base salary than most other pharmaceutical companies, given free car and you only pay $125/month for person gas, 6-month training program at 80% or 70% bonus payout before you are full-bonus eligible, training program consists of 2 weeks Home Study, 2 weeks field shadowing with a more experienced sales rep/trainer, 2 weeks in Headquarters with tests, speakers, etc.

Cons

The Headquarter Training was great but was 3.5 full months after joining the company. Other medical companies such as Boston Scientific were shocked this was the case and have theirs right when you join the company. Although you can pass the training course and receive your certificates you don’t necessarily get your 1st 3-month bonus at 80% if management feels you didn’t exceed expectations- they don’t lay this out as clearly in their Offer Letter
