      Undergoing significant change, so there is the opportunity to be acknowledged/recognized by upper management for your efforts

      Undergoing significant change, so systems are in flux. It is very difficult to make the changes required by the manufacturing floor and quality. The business seems stuck on putting band-aids on problems rather on focusing on real engineering solutions. This is due to the lack of resources and the poor/cumbersome quality system in place.
