      Pros

      Smith and Nephew as a company concentrate to keep employees motivated and happy. Ideas are always encouraged from the floor up and employees are valued. My journey thus far with S&N has been educational and fellow employees have become more like family than work colleagues.

      Je suis vraiment reconnaissant de fêter mes 15 ans chez Smith & Nephew. Au cours de cette période, j'ai eu la chance de m'épanouir tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel, entouré de collègues talentueux et de défis inspirants. Travailler ici m'a donné non seulement l'opportunité de contribuer à des projets porteurs de sens, mais aussi la joie de faire partie d'une entreprise qui améliore réellement la vie des gens. C'est avec fierté et enthousiasme que je me réjouis de poursuivre cette aventure.

      Cons

      Bien sûr, tous les jours n'ont pas été faciles : il y a eu des défis, des obstacles et même quelques frustrations en cours de route. Mais au final, ces moments n'ont fait que rendre le voyage plus enrichissant et les réalisations plus gratifiantes.
