      Not so many as of late.

      Cons

      Horrible Sales management across the board. This is why I left . The San Diego area has great opportunity, but not under current leadership.

      Pros

      A company with a good name and reputation among health care professionals. Individual staff are very professional and good to work with.

      Cons

      Siloed, fragmented, inefficient processes and systems. Senior management is out of touch with associates, company announcements are out of a can and the company line keeps repeating so much that the message is lost/ignored.

      Big well known company. Great hourly employees to work with.

      Cons

      You give 100% +, and you get treated and rewarded like a child. Some Middle and upper management currently there have no clue what goes on regarding production. Only interested their own gains, and in highlighting negative issues in employees. They make better prison guards than managers. Been going downhill for the last 5 years.
