      Good work/life balance. Solid opportunity and a very good product for OBGYN's

      No room for advancement, too many outside hires. Low at plan $ amount when compared to industry and quotas eventually become unrealistic with no relief.

      Pros

      Great technology that improves people's lives. It feels good working for a company whose products can improve outcomes in surgery. I've been able to move up and feel like I'm making a difference to the company.

      Cons

      FDA issues (now behind us) and now being bought out by Smith & Nephew leaves everyone wondering what is going to happen.
