Pros

Recruitment process was slightly long but everyone was so friendly that I didn't mind. I had 3 interviews, mostly informal, just talking through my skills, experience, and motivations. They explained my role really well during interviews so I got a sense of what I could expect once I started, which is something I appreciated. The onboarding process has been as easy as I could hope for! My manager has been super welcoming and helpful, and the team at large is very approachable. There is definitely a friendly culture in the company, as far as I've seen in the 4 months I've been here. Everyone I've met seems very happy to be working at this company. Furthermore, there seems to be high employee longevity, a lot of people I've met have been at the company 10+ years - the longest tenure I know of is 35 years! Which is a very good sign. From what I've seen they take good care for their employees.

Cons

The only thing I would say is: Would've been great to have more clarity during the recruitment process in terms of how many stages were involved, and when I could expect to receive an answer, or when the next interview would take place - to be able to organize in advance. But nothing else really, it's been a great experience all around.
