      Awesome co workers, that’s about the only pro about working at this dump!

      Cons

      Safilo has completely ruined this company! Everyone has jumped ship and I was smart enough to do the same! Management is a joke if that’s what you want to call them, don’t bother with this company!

      Nothing they are closing the doors

      Cons

      Everything since parent company Safilo took over. They are closing the doors, expect you to continue working, loyalty until the last day. Forget you have family, responsibilities, finances. Must stay loyal to them. Their motto live in a cardboard box they don’t care

      Pros

      Laid back work environment, the team that is left is still building great products.

      Cons

      No structure, no strategy, parent company (Safilo) does not care about employees, management isn't empowered to manage, and morale is terrible. No growth path for employees, performance reviews haven't been done in years, cost of living raises haven't happened in years, everyone is constantly asked to do more work with less support.
