      Pros

      Great benefits for what are considered "admin" positions - free product, wellness money, discounted product; lots of fun people that work there

      Cons

      I worked in the manufacturing part of the company in Utah - very different than corporate I am sure. The folks in charge in Utah feel like they are above the law and can do what they want. I've heard it has improved in recent years, but many of the same offenders are still there.

      Pros

      Great work place atmosphere, enhanced by people who are passionate about the sporting life, it shows in the product they produce. Solid benefits, fun workplace, they work hard to make the office a place you look forward to being at.

      Cons

      Really none, there is a reason they are on the top 100 places to work at every year.
