      I love work there, they are very nice. The atmosphere is more relaxed but at the same time they are a LEAN company.

      Nice people, decent working environment, good product perks, good benefits

      Cons

      Dysfunctional/reactionary processes, information flow from leadership to rest of team is limited, little room for advancement. Watch true cost of living with your salary offer- cost of living in the valley is higher than other areas. Ketchum is 1.5 hours from Twin Falls-isolated. Rarely earn annual bonus (entire company earns or not).

      Pros

      Smith believes and lives the ethos that they market. Everyday employees are pushed to fulfill the company's balance between their heritage in the sport world and innovation moving forward.

      Cons

      Smith is geographically isolated. This can have negative effects. Upper management can see the world through a regional perspective that may or may not reflect the global view. This can effect salaries, often the company can think that the location is a benefit worthy of off setting fair pay.
