Pros

Ability to move from department to department to enhance career growth, great benefits including profit sharing bonus in December and 401K match. Still has HMO in addition to PPO. Management open to suggestions to make operations better and open to internal training opportunities. Currently the company has purchased all new computers for everyone in the company, a large investment, and the computers are very fast. A big thing is that work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45 to 4:30 p.m. No evening or weekend work, unless you are in sales or top management. Great work-life balance. Everyone in the company is friendly and helpful. Lots of longevity which helps in training and learning.

Cons

Because there is longevity sometimes longer-term employees are harder to want to try new things, but this can happen anywhere. It also helps to keep the company stable and they do eventually switch course if the benefits can be pointed out.

Pros

A lot of the people are nice. Job security is very good. The company is extremely procedure-based, which does offer guidance in learning your job.

Cons

Low salaries, upper management has an enormous disconnect between them and their workers, career opportunities are slim, most of the time it feels like internal departments are at constant battle with each other, dress code is outdated, clocking in to work everyday is only for select departments.
