Excellent profit sharing bonus. pretty good health coverage. Pay rates are some of the best in the area. Employee discounts and range

Cons

Constant emotional roller coaster of record year and potential lay-off. Politics are a sore subject unless you are a conservative. Not much room for advancement as they would rather hire lesser experience with a degree rather than promote from within.
