Pros

The work/life balance is phenomenal. They have some standard benefits, but they also have some rare and unique benefits that make working here worthwhile. People are friendly and get alone well with one another, making the company culture very pleasant and welcoming.

Cons

I would like to see more communication from senior management toward the rest of the staff. I feel that sometimes corporate policies get in the way of the improvements we strive to make on a daily basis and I hope to see that change.

We work 8.5 hours each day and then get an additional 15 Friday's off - love those long weekends. Culture is great - laid back, diverse

Cons

Leadership doesn't see Diversity as an issue - at least they don't practice it - leaders at the top are primarily white male (one female). Needs work
