Great structure, but lacks diversity

I loved the studio structure. New hires have a mentor. There are annual reviews. There is a healthy office culture. The work is creative and challenging.

Cons

Lack of female leadership. The studio leader at the time referred to women as chicks consistently. It was definitely a dude group of designers
