Unsafe working conditions,floors are uneven and oftentimes forklifts get stuck, floors are constantly wet from water and fat from raw meat and the forklift tires have zero traction so hydroplaning is common. Many of the people only speak spanish and there are people who have positions as team leads that are supposed to know english but dont so it creates a language barrier for people who dont speak spanish. Vacation and personal time are dictated by supervisor and often dont give you days off even when you need it for emergencys, so people have no choice but to call off and get pointed by the company.point system is horrible worst one ive seen.so many people get fired because of the strict point system. Hr is very unproffesional always treat you like an inconvenience. Horrible job training for new hires.they have a sink or swim attitude.they dont care about the workers.only production.very stressful work environment.
