Pros

Great people to work with, pretty good benefits, work life balance.

Cons

You can only move up if you switch between museums, the museums on the mall have all the money, and it's still the government: shutdowns, can't ever fire people that are less than competent, etc.

A lot of government bureaucratic bs, Hard to move up, Bad compensation, No budgets, No work events besides the company picnic
