Pros

So many perks: discounted gift shops, quick access to museums and discounted show tickets. Engaging with visitors and sharing knowledge is very satisfying

Pros

It's the Smithsonian. It's the best government agency in DC.

Cons

No advancement at all. Even if you do get promoted, the salary increase is minimal at best.
