Pros

People, those I worked with and those I met. Needed tools to do the job were always provided. Often the best available.

Cons

Feedback was sometimes skimpy or hard to understand. Beginning pay was for some not enough to live on. Vestiges of elitism lingers in a few places.

Pros

An amazing organization that does a lot of important work and has a group of very enthusiastic employees and volunteers.

Cons

Lack of room for advancement due to budgetary constraints. Employees may feel unappreciated and may be tempted to leave for other organizations.
