Free parking. Free insurance for full time nurses.

Cons

The worst management ever! They would dismiss you if you complain too much. Staffing is horrible which lead to 3 suicidal attempts in a day. 3 staff got hurt from an assauultive patient but administrators never care

Great leadership, lots of appreciation for employees. They deal with the bad apples fast so not to pollute the culture. Unfortunately, many of these nasty comments are just bitter rif raf that they kicked out for good reason.

Cons

Parking is terrible. Food was great at first but has gone downhill.
