Bullying - from corporate and senior leadership (yelling, showing preferential treatment, disrespectful/rude.) Very gossipy unprofessional culture. Inappropriate sexual relationships Unethical leadership - The CNO sweeps patient and staff safety issues under the carpet; the CEO supports her and seems afraid to stand up for what is right. No work-life balance. 50+ hours per week is expected (salaried). No appreciation or acknowledgement from leadership - just criticism (unless you are one of the chosen ones.
