Exciting Company - Need to Improve Certain Manager
Pros
I enjoyed my time in Snap Finance and felt like I saw it grow from when I was there to when I left. I felt part of the team with upper management and you could always get a friendly hello from everyone around you and even to the CEO. The best part is how they took care of you with insurance benefits to the awesome food. We have great cultural and environment with different activities that brought us closer. It made the work environment fun to be around! I enjoyed the fast pace yet the freedom we could do work and fun.
Cons
It was becoming more like call center instead of place of I remember working which I get its the goal but, felt the pressure. Be careful as the company grew, it didn't matter how hard you worked and if you were consistent they chose others for advancement because of who they knew within the management.
