Pros

People look forward to seeing new product and you except when they can’t pay up on that day. Super discounts on tools.

Cons

Work long hours and even if you work your but off sometimes the route sucks and it doesn’t become worth it.

Pros

Set customer list, company pays all business expenses, fun promotions, opportunity for advancement

Cons

Cssr's are not considered important by management as their main focus is to help franchisee's, when questioned about ethics you're shrugged off ie"how do we handle theft?', trainers point fingers at mistakes rather than train to make sure they don't happen again. Bonus structure is confusing, new cssr's rarely have everything, if anything, ready to go on their first day.
