Pros
Refreshing to be back in an office 100% of the time. Snap-On seems to have a lot of career growth opportunities and does not hire or fire someone quickly(from what I have heard and seen). Very good benefits across the board. Amazing to work for such a big name company while also living in Kenosha.
Cons
Not much flexibility if you want an hybrid job. Their business casual dress code is definitely on the formal side.
