Pros

They pay a good salary.

Cons

No room for growth, high cost for employee benefits. Upper management paid much too high. Upper management gets multi-million severance packages even if they get canned for doing a bad job. I.E. Dale Elliot.

Pros

Decent benefits. Great life insurance option.

Cons

No work from home option. Poor communication protocols. Insanely outdated internal systems that waste so much time. Very "old school" mentality on pretty much anything. Very high divorce rate among employees ( Workaholics be workin' )
