Pros

Good benefits with insurance Decent culture Fast paced More than minimum wage Hybrid days if meeting metrics

Cons

Not paid enough for the amount of work you do. You talk to so many people in different fields and have to use different databases to help someone. It can be confusing. Supervisors aren’t helpful sometimes and it can be stressful. Very busy and very strict on meeting your metrics. There’s no room for growth. People have worked for 10+ years in remain the same position and pay range as people that just started.

Pros

Snap-On is a strong company that has been around for 100 years. If you are a franchisee you have opportunity to make a decent living if you put the work in.

Cons

Bonus structure with Snap-On is terrible because you have to rely on the franchisees to make your bonus. There is not a lot of upward mobility with Snap-On.
