Pros

Brand recognition is great and you’re selling the best in the industry. Make your own schedule, no micromanagement at all, account managers are generally trusted to be honest. An impressive company with impressive product.

Cons

Extremely cheap organization. Expenses are very tight, no car allowance for reps, etc. despite profits apparently steadily increasing, management keeps squeezing. Very political company culture. Internal competition for accounts, territory, and career advancement. Truly an old boys club. Competition with franchisees and even other account managers gives off a feeling of constantly competing with yourself
