Pros

Money (i did well), Pride in what i sold, When i first started the people which felt like family...and then i moved to the Kentucky area and management and the area dealers where not the same.

Cons

What have you done for me today mentality, you could do well for years and then have an injury or family issue and you were basically treated like you sucked. I was a rock star and then i got into an accident, it took me awhile to recover and snap on basically tried to remove my franchise from me because they had a golden boy that wanted it...
