Pros

Great product! Great reputation! New product innovation that's way beyond any competitor.

Cons

Be prepared to work 7 days a week. Sunday is new Monday. Compensation compared to amount of hours expended is no longer viable. Goals are tied to a forecast system that doesn't take into account your last year's sales.

Pros

I started out as a temp and worked my way up to becoming a Lead, before unfortunately having to quit for personal life reasons. They reward those who work hard.

Cons

Too much mandatory overtime, but he paychecks are nice from it.
