Pros

Some good people to work with.

Cons

Pay is well below the norm for this type of position. No pay raises. Managers lie to you in order to motivate you. Lots of out-of-pocket expenses. Company looks for ways not to pay your commissions. Technically, there is no PTO with this position. They provide iPhone 7's and laptops that do not work. You are considered the armpit of the company in this position and they treat you as such. Managers threaten you regularly. No company-provided vehicle (I average around 60k miles/year on my personal vehicle. No position to advance to. Once in this position you have made a career-ending pigeon-hole decision. Absolutely 0 work/life balance. Weekend meetings, late night Zoom Meetings, no consideration for scheduling. Frequent last-minute overnight travel. Poor communication from management. NOBODY in management actually understands the position and will not assist you with anything. "Rules for thee but not me!"

Pros

Great people, competitive pay, scheduling freedom, travel and experiences.

Cons

Stressful, never-ending. Calls start at 6am and don’t end until 10pm. Weekends aren’t weekends. Company is becoming more and more corporate retail by the day.
