Pros

As employees we are allowed to challenge the status quo. Snap-on allows us to think for ourselves and to bring new ideas to the table. Management seems to take the time to listen to our concerns.

Cons

The only con to me is the drive.

Pros

work culture is open and fair. They are working on advance products and technology. lots of opportunity to have personal growth. Nobody like to stick more than 8 hrs a day

Cons

The professional growth is limited specially if you are looking for the growth in management. They are very conservative in their hiring approach.
