Pros

Fun job, for the most part. Meet lots of interesting people. Get to play with all the new tools. The conventions are great. You can make good money if you're a great salesman.

Cons

Extremely long hours. Salaried, so you are always on dutie. Commission/incentives are often hard to reach. Not much support from local managers.

Pros

Friendly people, obtain stock after 1 year of working, plenty of work to be done to get the company to the next level, decent bonuses annually,

Cons

Still stuck with the old ways of doing things, need to improve technology wise. A lot of people close to retiring and have a negative attitude about change to improve company. Need to have better processes to get product to customers in a more timely manner.
