Pros

Decent salary Good commission bonus

Cons

Useless management Rude management I caught covid and was asked by management " can someone from your family go to your truck and get you your laptop so you can submit your weekly report"? I HAVE COVID IVE BEEN AT HOME FOR2 WEEKS. I hit inventory limit because the sales manager thought it would be a good idea to order me TWO tool boxes worth $30k (you can't exceed $210k inventory, no more tools will be sent to you, even if customer ordered it, no warrenty items will be sent either....meanwhile the truck and shelves are included in that inventory LOL) STAY AWAY.
