Pros

Great products, decent management support. No or only one employee.Respected brand name.

Cons

Basicly ,most of the time ,while on the road ,you have no help. Work-life balance is up to the franchisee.

Pros

There are a lot of perks, although the hours worked are overwhelming at times. As long as sales are up there is little pressure from above. If you devote yourself to this it can be rewarding.

Cons

Hours...there is a lot of pressure from above the moment sales take a dip. I was treated with harsh words from my superiors when things didn't go as they expected.
