OK company to work for

Pros

Training is provided, if required.

Cons

When it comes to projects the feeling given is that the people in charge want things done for very little or no money and that is stressful. The agile implementation seems to be just about money, money, money and there is no place for creativity. Hard to bear sometimes if you are used to be a creative person.

Pros

Base pay is great 100% benefit coverage

Cons

Long hours . Ordering and inventory as a nightmare. For example : if you were to order tools for a customer and you were over your inventory limit you wouldn’t be able to get it to the customer. When you ask your manager to help you get a great sale all they say is can’t help you if you are over limit. The issue is that when you start the job the truck comes over the inventory limit. Also if you don’t own the store through franchise you get treated like trash ......
