Pros

Flexible spending from corporate, if you need it get it. Good people within the plants

Cons

Elkmont, AL is the only plant without a pension, 3% 401k match is a joke without a pension. Stop trying to get good tenured Engineers for $70k a year when your plant is a stones throw away from ROCKET CITY (Huntsville, AL). If you want good "machinist" you have to pay for one, you can't train someone from the fast-food industry to be a "machinist" in 3 months.

Pros

Start with 10 vacation days.

Cons

No work life balance, constant influx of work without enough workers, terrible leadership examples, constant nepotism for top producers.

Pros

Pros: A job that sort of pays the bills

Cons

Hourly pay starts at $19. You’ll be yelled at and be told how worthless you are by franchises. They’ll buy food for everyone occasionally and brag how much money the company made over the last year. Considering the amount of profit the company makes they don’t pay their employees well. The insurance is expensive and doesn’t cover enough. The biggest Con is the mental abuse you will receive by the franchises over the phone
