Pros

Great flexibility with daily schedule. No one looking over your shoulder every day. Great benefits

Cons

Managers bully and push sales to a point the customer buy somewhere else. Poor comp plan. Spend more than you make the first year.

Pros

Great company to work for; consistent training and new challenges on a daily basis. Set schedule, great pay for the work performed.

Cons

Franchisees are constantly dumping on us, blaming us for their own lack of knowledge. Also, they recently let 5 people go on a workforce reduction without any warning or effort to move them within the company. Lack of any mobility within the company also really hurts.

Senior management only cares about their bonuses... at any cost to employees

Pros

Your co-workers, benefits, and the facility itself. The people who work "in the trenches" really care about their work, customers, Franchisees (Dealers) and each-other. The technology group is always improving systems so it makes it easier to keep up with workload.

Cons

Senior management will do anything to cut expenses to get themselves bonuses. They are bleeding the company and ruining morale. Employees want to collaborate more with others but management only gives lip service to collaboration because it takes away from employee's ability to take on more work as they continue to downsize staff. Management doesn't trust/respect employees enough to work from home and flex schedules more.
