Pros

The cafeteria is great. They have a lot of yearly events for employees. Cost of insurance is pretty affordable.

Cons

Too many too list. I could write a book. I have no clue how they've managed to not get sued to death.

STAY AWAY

Pros

At the time, I can’t think of any

Cons

Where to begin? They promise you’ll earn 10% commission on everything you sell, but in reality, it’s only 3-5%. The base pay is extremely low, around $38k, and you’re expected to cover all car-related expenses—insurance, repairs, and yes, even gas. That’s right, you pay for your own gas to do your job. What kind of company makes you pay to work? If your sales performance dips, they’re quick to push you out the door. They act like working here is a privilege, but honestly, it’s not worth the headache. I’d recommend staying far away.

Pros

Solid salaries Pension Stock purchasing program International business opportunities Great cafe Fun events for employees

Cons

Slower opportunities for growing career because so many employees stay for forever. Not great PTO. Poor opportunities for advanced training. Industrial and Commercial division can feel like the little brother to the Tools side.
