Pros

Its laid back and very easy going if you are doing your job. You are rewarded when you get the necessary work done. Collaboration in the sales department is open and people are willing to hear you out. Solid company that is going no where. Great benefits.

Cons

Growth can be challenging and sometimes you are told to wait your turn. Managers outside of the sales department are not always the most friendly.

Pros

Pay is weekly. They have decent insurance.

Cons

Most floor employees are expected to work 6 days a week at a minimum, making for terrible work life balance. Pay is inadequate for sacrifices you’ll have to make in your personal life.
