Pros

NONE, They claim to have this stellar service and warranty but fail to warranty and or give gift card for faulty equipment. Customer service a zero because they are quick to take your money on a product that simply doesnt hold up i have ratchets that dont ratchet no more their built to be broken so you depend on them.

Cons

GO with a regular tool brand and warranty your own stuff at least other brands stick by their warranty claims!!!!!!

Poor management

Pros

Livable wage based on what is around. Good manufacturing facility, a lot of machines and robots, generally good ergonomics.

Cons

Management sits in the office, because its to hot and scary on the floor, and they dont actually know how to build a tool box, or lead people. They would rather spend day their day sports betting. If they do come talk to you, its normally just to harass you about something they messed up and need someone to blame. Which is easy to do, because the entire chain of command is comfortable with lieing to each other about actual problems with production, safety and employees. If you are a women, person of color, or LGBT, I wouldn't work there. If you do, be careful, document things and try to get a union rep with you, if they take you into an office.

Pay is ok

Pros

It is ok, pay is slightly higher than average, union company, decent benefits.

Cons

Short breaks, micromanagement has been insane lately with us having to fill out our production on an hourly basis, including explanations for why we haven’t met goal. Mind you, we already enter our daily production into the computer.
