Cons

When i first started it used to be a great position now its all about micro management. The company is looking for a 10% year over year growth, its none stop with(go gets) different promotions .

Pros

Great heritage. Snap-on has been in the same business since 1920 Designs and manufactures the finest tools on the planet - mostly in the US Innovation - Design - Manufacturing. No one in the tool business does it better Excellent Franchise System that still calls on Professionals at their place of business

Cons

Extremely long work hours are an expectation. It's truly a life-style more than a job Sales expectations get bigger every year. Bonus income started out strong, but diminished Company has invested heavily in R&D and manufacturing, but not in human resources.
