Pros

Good benefits with insurance Decent culture Fast paced More than minimum wage Hybrid days if meeting metrics

Cons

Not paid enough for the amount of work you do. You talk to so many people in different fields and have to use different databases to help someone. It can be confusing. Supervisors aren’t helpful sometimes and it can be stressful. Very busy and very strict on meeting your metrics. There’s no room for growth. People have worked for 10+ years in remain the same position and pay range as people that just started.

Company Benefits are great Co workers are okay for the most part

Cons

IT Management is deplorable. Raise percentages are based less on work performance and more on how much your relationship to management / IT VP
